1. Where are you located?
We are located in Doolin, in County Clare, on the West coast of Ireland.
2. Is sea kayaking safe?
Yes, sea kayaking is a very safe sport. All of our guides are trained in kayak rescue, CPR/first aid, and carry all the necessary safety equipment on their kayaks. We also use only the best safety equipment and kayaks. Prior to all tours, our guides will go over all our safety procedures with you.
3. What are the group sizes?
We work on a ratio of one guide for every 4 kayakers, and take up to 8 kayakers out at one time.
4. Is experience necessary?
No. All of our tours are designed to accommodate any experience level from novice to expert. Please make us aware if you have any health concerns before going out on the water to ensure your comfort.
5. How should I go about booking my tour?
To book a tour with us, all you have to do is either ring us at 085 119 5489, or email us at northclarekayaking@gmail.com, and we will respond to you as quickly as possible and make the appropriate arrangements. We will do our best, at this time, to answer any questions you may have.

7. What should I bring on the tour?
Since we provide you with all your necessary equipment, including a wetsuit and jacket (if needed), all you need to bring is a snack/lunch, water, towel, camera and a smile!
8. What kind of wildlife might I see on my tour?
The West coast of Ireland is filled with a huge variety of sea animals and birds. Along our tours, we will have a chance to see seals, otters, and dolphins in their natural environment as well as an abundance of sea birds including; Gannets, Razorbills, Puffins, Petrels, Kittiwakes, Great Shearwaters and many others.
